If I take enough photos of these fleeting moments of amiability will I be able to manipulate their childhood memories when they're adults?

Isn't it interesting that so many of a person's
childhood memories are tied to photographs?

absolutely true.
every kid should have a 'historian' like you to create their memories.
I believe that is true...and that must be why I have such a poor recollection of my childhood.
(last child = no photos, and when I say "no" I literally mean probably less than 10) Please picture a super sad face here.
