What if there was no forewarning at all?
It would look like an infant urping in his crib in the middle of the night and then sleeping in it until his happy cooing wakes his mother in the morning. It would look like a toddler standing up in the middle of swim lessons and "tossing his cookies" into the pool.
It would look like a kindergartener sitting in circle time, raising his hand so he could ask to be excused, and then up-chucking in his lap because the teacher wasn't calling on him.
It would look like a tween at cousins camp waking up just long enough to ralph on his sleeping cousins back and then falling instantly back to sleep himself.
It would look like a scout on an 8 hour car ride hurling all over his shoes during the last 10 minutes of the bumpy drive. "I felt fine before and after," he reports. The car, it turns out, wasn't so fine after baking in the desert sun for 3 days.
that's right. He's that guy.
(luckily he has a fabulous sense of humor about it)
